Jennifer Abma earned her law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law. Her academic achievements at USD Law include earning CALI Awards for both In-House Corporate Counseling and Corporate Innovation & Legal Policy. She served as Comment Editor for and published in the San Diego International Law Journal with a paper on international supply chains. As president of the USD Intellectual Property Law Association she led the group to win the Student Organization of the Year Award. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Tulane University in New Orleans majoring in neuroscience.

Ms. Abma is a skilled intellectual property professional and former biotechnology specialist. Her practice covers a range of trademark, branding, civil litigation as well as business contract, e-commerce, and consumer protection issues. She also serves as board member for non-profit Traveling Stories advocating for children’s literacy. Ms. Abma is licensed to practice in California and admitted to Federal Court in the Central District of California.

Carmen Cave attended Stanford University earning a BA with a double major in English and psychology, and earning a PhD in Educational Psychology, with a minor in Psychology. She then earned her JD from the University of San Diego School of Law, and is licensed to practice in California.

Dr. Cave has over 30 years experience in public and private sector land use planning, land development, and local government.  She is a City of Aliso Viejo founder, and served on the City Council for 14 years, including 5 terms as Mayor, and as the City's first Mayor.

After being admitted to the Bar, Dr. Cave has developed her areas of practice to include family law, education law (Special Education and school discipline), as well as areas of law that relate to her experience in local government, land use, planning, and development.

Among her accomplishments, Dr. Cave has earned Outstanding Legal Clinic Intern - Civil Clinic, USD Legal Clinics; Woman of the Year, Senate District 33; and Distinguished Leader Award, California Association of Leadership Programs. In addition, Carmen has received recognition for her service from the US Congress, the State Senate and Assembly, and the Orange County Board of Supervisors.

Jamie S. Blose attended the University of San Diego School of Law and received a JD focusing on health law, emerging company and entrepreneurial start-ups, and corporate law. She served as the President of the Health Law Society and was a member of the International Law Journal. In addition to her law degree, she received a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Arizona, an international MBA from The American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird), and completed a postdoctoral fellowship in drug development and clinical research at the University of North Carolina.

Dr. Blose is a licensed attorney in California and the District of Columbia and an Arizona and California licensed pharmacist. She has over 25 years experience in global pharmaceutical and biotechnology settings with specialized expertise in drug and medical device development and international business. Jamie's practice focuses predominately on support of private and public companies, corporate governance, Board management, compliance, regulatory law, transactional matters, and employment law. She is a member of the Association of Corporate Counsel, mentors individuals and companies in business start-up and accelerator programs, provides pro bono management and legal support for emerging businesses, and serves on various Boards and Executive Committees.
